Hippo tang not eating

I got him 10 months ago at 1.25 in and now he's about 4.5 in. Somewhat shy but always ate well until yesterday. Today he still comes out and looks normal. But when I proceeded to feed the fish he actually went into hiding, Any ideas?

Ok You have the fish for just under a year, growing & eating well of course . However, yesterday all a sudden stops eating. Does the color look good? can we see a pic please ?
Any new fish ? Can You try some really appetizing food maybe?

No new tank mates and he's not being harrassed. Pictures are of no use because he looks the same with good color and shape. Only he's less active and hides more. I always feed a variety of food: flakes, pellets, mysis and brinshrimp( small portions esp. frozen foods). He's never a picky eater but does not like veggies that much.

Happy to report that he had ended his hunger strike after 60 hrs! Although he did not eat much he anticipated the feeding and joined the crowd instead of going into hiding. I am relieved but will keep watching him. Thank you!
