Hippo Tang Sick?

I’ve had a hippo tang for 2-3 months now. It’s been doing well, swims around a good amount and always has an appetite. Recently I noticed it almost looked like it has HLLE, only cause I see some spots around his mouth/eye area. Then last one I noticed one of his eyes looked cloudy and swollen..after a few days though it was back to normal. Now today I noticed the other eye is cloudy and puffy. Not sure what’s going on. Water parameters seem normal & fish behaviour also seems healthy.
