ok good and bad as now its questionable check for any color loss or extreme mucus production near the gills and those symptoms do look like ich and if it is your fish doesn't have much to live

What are you talking about? This isn't ICH. And even if it was, it's not the end of his fish. Stop telling him it's ICH.

Looks like it could be a swim bladder issue? I've had some leopard wrasses do this, lived a few weeks but ultimately died.

Looks like some kind of neurological damage to me. Not swim bladder. Tiny hippps aren’t very hardy.

ok than it isn't maybe it could be internal fungus infection thats common with many fish
