Hippo Tang Spot

Can anyone help me to identify the spot on the dorsal fin? These spots are almost translucent and can be seen on both side of the dorsal spine at the same time. They don't seem to be causing any issues but I'd like to figure out what they are. Each spot only seems to last a few hours and it disappears. None of the other fish, including my other tangs, exhibit these spots.

I’m sure someone will able to help you more than I can as I usually never stress about stuff like this. But it doesn’t look like anything I would worry about. The fish seems super healthy! I would maybe feed some extra frozen food.

I cannot tell much, coming and going that quickly does seem like flukes, if a parasite.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the help. I was thinking flukes too but before I tried to catch the Hippo I wanted to get an expert opinion.
