So, this hippo been on qt for a month a did not notice anything. I pass to the DT yesterday and I notice this today.

We have a fat and happy hippo tang that we've had for almost a year. She has developed white nodules at the base of her tail. All water parameters are good and she's still active and eating. What is this and how can we help her?
