Very normal for hippos. They are one of the most skittish fish in the hobby. They are also pigs. Give it sometime it should be OK. What other tangs you have in that tank?

You have to remember they don't have to swim to survive and will often lay down on rocks, so it is probably wedged between a couple of your rocks. Just leave nori out and he will eventually come out.

Powder blue and yellow both can be very aggressive. Is the hippo out yet? If not the. She is being bullied by your 2 tangs. If she is not coming out to eat then you may want to move some rocks around. Breakup things a bit.

Hippo Tangs hide, alot. I still rarely see mine, and I've had him for years.

Tangs get aggressive towards each other. It is recommended to add all tangs together. If you add one tang with 3 other established tangs in the tank you are asking for trouble and it is more of an issue with a hippo which is already very timid.
