Hippo tang

Hey guys I’ve noticed today my hippo tang has one of his eyes popped out, it also looks like it has a blury skin over the eye.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be ?

Could possibly be flukes or bacterial. A fresh water dip would help determine if flukes are present. Would give that a try. Also hard to tell in the picture as the blue lights make it hard to see.

any other signs of disease,one eye ,poss scrape injury,lighted pic will help
