Hitch hiker ID Help: Worm

Hi, I have a FOWLR tank. I've had the tank and rock for two plus years and just recently got a good luck at this hitch hiker who has been hiding in my tank this whole time. Can anyone please help identify this guy?

Should I try to remove him, or just leave him be?

looks like a peanut worm to me, reef builders did a good article on them which you can check out.

also did you use liverock for this build? probably got in that way
