Anemone , would need a better pic but looks like the dreaded Glass Aiptasia,
There are other wild sea grass anemones and others it might be. Need a better pic. Where did you get your LR from?

I got live rock from the lfs. It was only in the tank a few weeks. The majority of the rock is dry.

How did you pluck it?

When threaten they reproduce and if it tears a bit, the torn piece will grow back

With tweezers. It was so small and I could barely see it but I think it’s gine
