First time seeing these in my tank. They seem to be tiny worms or slugs with really long sweepers. They use their sweepers to travel and grab on to another rock then swing itself up. Anyone know if these are good or bad?

It's weird because the sweeper looks like something you'd see from a vermitid. But I've never seen the body of the vermitid...just the tube and sweeper. Soo in short could be a vermitid snail.
