I wanna save the shrimp or worm but looks like it's in there till death. Uggggghhhh. It won't let me do a vid. Says error missing a something. So pics will have 2 do. Y can't I post the vids both made and making em for he post. Compresses it then errors. Agrovating but WE. So I'm guessing Ima dip it and kill the thing and hope it crawls out at least otherwise I hope it'll eat it

It's hard 2 see in pics but it's got like tube worm hairs hat come out but only 1/2 of it. Not a full circle of em. And figure was a shrimp as it's gone deeper

Could it be a gall crab? I have never heard of them getting in a hammer though.

That's a good idea. Don't have a utube acct. but was told its a barnical if when I go 2 smash it it closes up and did like he said. And said it's common for then 2 come in like that wild. So urs must b wild. Now I tried and failed it's a hard shell last night so will try 2nite as there really good cleaners so I'll keep him. With I QTd for like a week as when I dipped him a worm I've never seen came out And scrapped what looked like flesh but turned out 2 b algae from the wild!!! So now I'm like crap hope it all died. I dipped it for like 6 mins way long. And then put it in a short like soak QT and watched it for an hour then in the tank it went.
