Clearer pic would help ( I know, not the easiest) , bit looks like a little Coco worm or small feather duster to me.

Tube worm which uses its fan to capture food. Either break at bottom of tube and discard or direct flow towards NOT at it and it wont be able to feed and will die off

They aren’t necessarily dangerous, but do multiply fast. I leave them in mine.
Same, filter feeder. I pick them off occasionally. Better than a blasted vermetid or aptasia imo.
