Seen this guy on the glass this morning after lights turned on. Anyone know what it is.

Lol, it’s seems that this type of flatworm may possibly feed on invertebrates such as snails. Typically Polyclad flatworms are not something you want in your tank. I see this type being referred to often as a leopard flatworm. If you search leopard flatworm many of the images show a much darker and more colorful worm. They could be the same thing, but I’m not sure.
 
Planaria flatworm - Get rid of it !!
Although not one to munch on coral, these guys can and will feed off slime/tissue on base of coral smothering the light that produces zooxanthellae which is the feeding block for coral and coral color
For the next two weeks, look for presence of ANY eggs which are tiny
Wrasses such as yellow coris, lunare, and 6 lined will eat them
