I checked the other threads and even ones that have identified everything but couldn’t find one that looks like this critter that showed up after i put my first mushrooms in the tank. Are they harmless?

Hydroids - they typically go away on their own after a while as I understand it. I think they're usually harmless to fish or inverts, but they are harmful to fish larvae.
