brittle star ? It seems to be growing out of my rock. Which was dry rock seeded 6 months ago. Any ideas ; good bad? Should I leave it or remove?

Background is hand carved deco concrete.( arg sand, white cement, perlite and sea shell mixture ) the bonsai trees are tonga branch and some flat rock I bought through brs and cut and epoxy in place. Be up
