Found this unhealthy anemone yesterday in a cave in my tank. I've pulled it out and put it in the light and it just moved back to the cave. I'm worried it will dissappear in my rocks and melt away. Should I just leave it alone or bring it out to a low light area (maybe in a cup full of LR rubble)? Thanks

Looks like a bleached rock flower nem. The rubble in a dish is a good idea. Id put it in a low light area and feed several times a week.
