I bought a colony of star polyps from my local store a month or two ago. I noticed there was something greener underneath/in-between the star polyps, and they seemed to move position sometimes on the rock but I'm not positive on that. I finally got around to causing some of the star polyps to recede so I could get a look tonight under various lighting conditions. These are pretty small, the biggest one still smaller than a centimeter. I was hoping somebody could help me identify what these are. Thanks!

Well I kinda expected that it was a majano, pretty cool. I actually wanna keep it, it looks really pretty to me. Anybody know of a good way to move it? I've heard if they get cut into pieces, they'll regenerate and clone. So if I try to scrape it off will it grow back in the same spot? Or could I cover it with a small rock to try to get it to move?

Do not keep them because it will spread all over your tank. It will actually kill other stuff as well.

Welcome aboard! I got to agree with @KJ. In the long run you will probably regret not taking early action. I've heard of people having mixed results using products like Aptasia-X, but I would try manual removal while you still can.
