Hitchhiker baby snail id

Any ideas what these are? Looks most like Ceriths? The sand is pink fiji, so I’m guessing snails are approx 5mm or so at this point. I first noticed these things when they were even smaller about a week ago.

Only livestock in the tanks are virgin Nerite snails, which I’ve had for about two weeks. These snails arrived dry and I scrubbed their shells before introduction, so I don’t think it came in with these guys.

Only other stuff I’ve added to the tank is algae barn macro algae/pods/Phyto and ARC reef coralline in a bottle.

The shells do look like ceriths.

I have dozens of these guys…in a 7 gal tank. Not sure what they are still, but hoping ceriths and they spend most of their time on the substrate.

Should I start proactively removing some or let the population settle out on its own? Don’t want a lot of dead little snails fouling up my little tank.
