Long story short, bought live rock for new tank and found stow away. At first in thought BTA, but the bulbs are only ever at the very tip and the center of the bulb at the tip has a dark spot. Google search looks like green Condy Gigantea.
Thoughts?

This is as inflated as I've ever seen the tips. They're usually longer and more spindly with a ball on the end

That was my first thought. I posted a pic last week on majano or BTA and people said BTA.
I can't find anything that will give me ID traits of these things..

Tentacles are brownish with green tips. White mouth.

Time will tell.

Some varieties have bubble tips.

We used to joke " Mini BTAS, 200 BUCKS".

Well, at this point, I guess I will call it "free" As long as it doesn't start taking over...
Anyone have a good resource for Anemone info?
I would like to read and learn as much as possible.

Ok. Really don't think its majano now... Google says they only get 3cm.
This thing is 2-3" across. Maybe more when its really inflated.
Also, my porcelain crab took right to hosting it. Not sure if that means anything one way or the other...

BTA should have white markings near the mouth. That could rule it out. I’ve never come across a majano but that would be my guess based on pics.

2-3" looks like a philipine bubble tip imo

Looks like acid wash bubble tip

Lots of the pics of these on Google bear a strong resemblance.
Bulbs look like a tennis ball in the end of a green tube sock hahaha.
Mouth is very white. Like a white umm... Rectum... Saw it a lot the first few days. Wasn't sure he was gonna make it.
Seems very happy now with the porcelain crab and takes mysis no problem.

I’ll just add, anemones are finicky animals. They rarely give us a clear picture as to what they are.

The foot is brownish with some green speckling.
I'm starting to have concerns that this is a
Ritteri. When fully inflated today, it was easily 4" across and the tips didn't resemble that of a BTA. Bulbs are only at the very tip with a slight greenish hue and brown tentacles.
When retracted, they are all a brighter green.
Seems to stay inflated morning and night, but closes up in the afternoon for a couple hours.
Eating just fine. No problems taking mysis.
