Hitchhiker coral ID

Local LFS said it was a plate, another person said mushroom. Ive never seen it close up or change shape. Its only about as wide as a grain of rice right now and its in an awkward spot for pictures. Thanks!

Are these common hitchhikers? Ive never had one in my tank before, and aside from frags i havent added anything new in 2 years.

Not common. May have hitchhiked it's way in on a frag possibly

Plate/fungia. Oddly, never seen this hitchhike as they don’t adhere to the bottom.

its on the very top of my tank too, strange. Is there a way to remove it without risking any damage or should i let it grow larger first?
