Hello, I'm new to this hobby. Need help with identifying this brown growth, close to my mushroom frag. Looks like coral. Should i remove it?

coral for sure ,thinking pavona,cactus coral ??
nice score,would try to frag off and move ,appears rock is thin enough to cut.?? :cool:

Thank you so much for the info! Really appreciate it. Now I'm excited to cut the rock and glue it on my other empty rock
