Hi

Can anyone ID this hitchhiker crab in my new setup?

Too small to focus a camera on when first seen last week, bit bigger now but still hard to get a good photo, so I appreciate I may be asking too much.

It’s a good hider so not sure how long it will be before I see it again. If I had to describe it I would say it has a vague green colour with some horizontal patterns on it’s legs. No black on claws from what I see.

It's in the tank with 2 turbo snails and 1 blue legged hermit.

Thanks

dangle some food and it will come out.

hard to tell from the pic, but maybe a Sally Lightfoot..

Thanks for the reply that looks like a good shout.

I googled Sally Lightfoot and it seems to match the Percnon gibbesi species, but definitely too small to say for sure yet. I will confirm whether it is or isn't as it grows unless I remove. I see mixed opinions on whether they are reef safe.
