Can anyone Id this guy for me it doesn't look like an aptasia, help?

It almost appears to have a base like perhaps a leather coral, but unfortunately without better pics may not be able to identify. Can you take pics under white lights only?

It does have a base, it's two stalk with flower like polyps all up and down it ..I will try to get better pics

I looked up Kenya tree and it definitely looks like that
