These have been showing up in both my 47 and my 90 gallon tanks they do move around they don’t stay in one place are they good or bad to have in

a tank I can usually see five or six at a time in my tanks

I would hazard to guess majano, a pest anemone.

Majano anemones can multiply pretty rapidly, and tend to sting the corals you put in on purpose.
