Hitchhiker ID - clear shrimp-like

Hi everyone, could you please help me identify this?

I saw it at night, it resembles a shrimp. It is maybe a 1/4th inch (noticeable to naked eye). It doesn't swim, more like runs in the sand. Instead of legs, it has a sort of bulge in the front. It is completely clear.

I took video but it is too big to upload here and when I tried compressing it the quality was really bad; if there is a recommended way of uploading big videos (140 mb), I can do that. Pictures are screenshots.

Yup, great to have in the tank. If you see one, there's probably hundreds more. Geat clean up crew and food for fish and some corals
