Found this critter today ..... when I first saw it it was flattened out in a kinda oval shape, I actually thought it was a limpet. When I touched it it was soft though .... and moments after I put the piece it was on into the tank ..... this is what it looked like. Hard to get a good picture of it - it is only about 1/4" - will have to break out the tripod to see if I can get some crisper shots. Some type of anemone? It was on a piece of orange coralline that we scraped off a crab trap from the Gulf in about 20-25 foot of water if that helps ....

Actually, I did some more research and I believe that this anemone is actually a Calliactis. Mostly found attached to hermit crab shells or calico crabs ..... and the pots where this guy came from were loaded with hermit crabs.
