Hi all, this fell off a new coral I bought. Any idea what it is and if its safe to add to the tank? Thanks in advance

looks like an asterina starfish, the blue/green ones are generally thought to be coral eaters more so than the white ones. They also reproduce like crazy without predators. I would chuck it.

Ummm some kind of barnacle/ mollusc or something along those lines.im not sure if dangerous as dont know what is.looks like it should attach to something.
