Got some frags today this came off in the dip looks like a feather worm on one end any ideas?

these are feathers that is not it's more of a Xenia polyp like coral or worm

Oops read that as you were saying it kindda looked like one, but it wasn't. I agree with your gut.... it's a feather duster worm.
