Even if it was a bristle worm it wouldn't be bad. You're bound to get them and I believe most consider bristle worms part of the healthy ecosystem.
But... That is a micro brittle starfish for sure.

Yep. He came out of the zoa for a brief amount of time tonight while I was watching before slipping back in.
