This guy was on an acro frag. I know it's a snail but I;ve never seen one reaching like this. Doesn't look like my snails. Good or bad? hitchhiker 2.jpg hitchhiker.jpg before I throw him away...
 
Not to steal your thread but I got one on a frag that if identical but dark brown almost black, same kind just different color?

Sort of. They're all from the same genus, Stomatella, but the different colors could be indicative of a different species.

Curious. As they breed in my tanks I seem to get colors unrelated to the others that are most common in my population. Black being the most noteable. Months without a black one then one or two the same size as the rest of the new brood.
