Can anyone help me identify this?

Gonna need a better picture. I can't make out anything in the circled areas

They could be vermetids, i cant really zoom in to well to be sure. But look like the tubes of one of the smaller species.

If you have only have these physically crush them, they spread and some tanks report irritation to corals from their nets.

They’re light colored and moving all over the rocks

Pods which are a nice food source and you don’t have to do anything to raise them.

After some reading it looks like some type of a harmless pod.

Yup, those are pods. They're pretty much the popcorn of reef tanks. Everything in the tank will love snacking on them
