I was cleaning my glass and found a few of these on the glass. Any thoughts?

Yes, like others have pointed out, these are hydroids. Medusa stage hydroids to be precise and they should not be much of an issue to your tank inhabitants. If you use a turkey baster or a pipette to blow them of the glass, you will see them move like a jellyfish.
