Seems like something made it through the coral RX dip and the FW dip.
Any ideas? I'm thinking asterina starfish?

Dipped and added coral Sunday and today is the first I've seen. First corals in the tank so it had to come from them. That's how I found it with three legs I didn't mess with it.Yeah looks like asterina star fish with 3 legs so has it reproduced by removing couple legs so you got at least 2 of them ?
Have good luck around to see more
Also do search on them and decide if want to keep, seems some see them as a pest and others don't mind them.
I read if all white then good but if any colour at all then can be coral eaters but then others say won't eat a healthy coral so your choice after researched ^_^
My asterinas will eat struggling/dying zoas. I haven't seen them hurt anything healthy. I enjoy watching them do their starfish thing. They move surprisingly fast for their build. And they also take strange forms after dividing. I have one with 7 legs, with 4 straight in a row. ;Wideyed It was also very interesting to watch one leg with barely a mouth get itself around and eventually getting little leg nubbins!I definitely like starfish and hope to add a brittle one day. Since my tank is so new I went ahead and removed it until I can do more research on the pros/consYep, your decision. Personally, I asked my LFS if they would give me some. I definitely got a strange look. ;Joyful I divided them up between my pico tanks and haven't had any serious problems. They've figured out that corals get food. Oh. Joy. So they will climb the coral to steal food. So I squirt food on the sand for them to get and leave the corals alone. And, of course, ya gotta give the hermits their share too.My asterinas will eat struggling/dying zoas. I haven't seen them hurt anything healthy. I enjoy watching them do their starfish thing. I hope my experiences with them help you out. I've yet to hit plague proportions, but there is a shrimp for that!
