I got an organ pipe coral yesterday, it's from the wild i assume, and it's full of pests. When acclimating it I could see all kinds of hitchhikers on it like bristle worms, brittle stars, baby snails, and stringy stuff. When I dipped it a bunch of worms came out, maybe 30. It seems that some have survived the dip and entered my tank.

I have spotted a bristle worm and an unknown worm, and some stringy things.

Could anyone tell me what the grey worm thing and the orange stringy thing are?

Looks to me like you got some Spaghetti Worms and possibly a Medusa Worm.
