Watch out though. They can overtake a nutrient rich tank. I've lived it. If I scooped up a .25 cup of sand I had 9-10 worms. I could see them in my substrate night or day. Oh, and don't pick them up with bare hands. Feels like a fire-ant bite.

They are horrible if they get your bare hands! I would take it out they can defiantly take over!
