Hitchhiker in refugium??

I just notice there are a bunch of bugs in my refugium. Are they hitch hiker. Should I remove them??

Those look like munnid isopods, and as mentioned, they're great to have around. They'll help clean up the detritus, and your fish will enjoy hunting any that make it into your display.
