hitchhiker...need help

So I bought a new coral and there was a hitchhiker..I'm assuming it's a serpent star..it's a light beige like a peachish..is it safe..any info will help thanks

Looks like a bristle starfish. Have any small fish? If not they are good sand cleaners.

What I mentioned was, without knowing exactly what it is, you'll never know if it's safe, unless you put it in the tank. I myself would put it in while others are more cautious and wouldn't
