Its a tiny feather worm. Harmless and can easily be killed if you don't like it. If you don't already, I HIGHLY recommend dipping your corals before placing them into your tank. You can get all sorts of things from undipped coral.
 

I used this stuff. It's what my lfs gave me when I asked for 'reef dip'. Although it seems more like it's targeted towards disinfecting coral than removing pests.

I put it in a bucket with a powerhead and the recommended amount from the bottle.

Is this product intended for that purpose?

I thought that it was but now I am not sure since it I would have thought it to have killed a feather worm. Revive and Coral RX are other popular ones. I use ME coral dip but have used revive and reef dip. I guess it may be more for coral bacterial and protozoan infections. I would ask seachem unless someone else can pitch in here about reef dip. If you have had it for a while, it could have attached on its own from somewhere else in the tank.
