Hitchhiker on hermit shell, snail?

I just bought 15 hermits for my 150G and upon inspection I found this little guy on the side of a shell. Looks like a snail to me. I’m not sure though. Should I keep or trash?

It is tiny and appears to have a shell of its own.

Guess he’s found a home then.........
