Hitchhiker on my conch shell

What is on the back of my strawberry conch?
My tank is about 2 months old, and my conch has been living in my aquarium for about a month. There’s an inch and a half of sand for it to sift through.

I don’t suppose you can get a better pic? Otherwise, does it move at all? Is it hard or soft? Any tentacles or polyps visible? Any other descriptions would be helpful.

Barnacle would be my guess

looks to me like a limpet. i have thousands in my tank, they breed like crazy. good cleanup crew members
