Hi everyone,
Just started to cycle my new tank. Added microbacter 7 . Today i got a small piece of live rock from a fish shop to seed the tank with additional bacteria.

Place the rock in the DT. After 3 hrs, saw creepy crawler coming out. I immediately move the rock to the sump tank.

Question:
1) will the creepy crawler come up to the DT?
2) is it really beneficial or worth it to have the small piece of rock to seed the tank since there is risk of the pest getting to the tank?
3 ) will putting the rock into coral dip help or hypersalinity?

fresh water dip. an hour wont kill bacteria.

+1 ... can you get a pic?
