I also see a tube type worm on there and what looks like a feather duster in the far distance. Your snail has a busload!

Oh wow! Good eye. Not anymore tho he’s gone! My last system had aiptasia I wasn’t taking any chances.
 
I’m thinking anemone for sure. I can’t zero in on the type but obviously it should be rid of. Your snail is a caravan for sure. I also have a turbo and my shrimp always jumps on it to feed while it hobbles around.
 
Could be a cup coral or a ball nem. Either way pretty cool.
 
So I found another one on a different snail and it does have a hard skeleton. Would that be a cup coral?
