I thought I had a dead polyp on these orange colony polyps but now I don't think so. Anyone able to ID this?

Well carp. This noob thought I might have had something cool. Treatment ordered. At least now I know what to look for.

Easy to remove. . . . Using a syringe. . . Inject with lemon juice OR Preferably. . . mix kalkwasser powder into a thin paste and inject into center core of the aptasia and watch it melt away for good.
