So I just found some hitchhikers on my live rock. It is definitely three glass anemone's. I have been reading online, but could anyone give me some advice on how to get rid of them ASAP! Thank you!!

It is my base rock, is there anyway to do it without removing the rock? It's in two different rocks

aiptasia x or berghia nudibranchs. If you only have three I would use the aiptasia x. But if there are more in hard to get places behind rocks and crevices I would use berghias.

My only problem with nudies is they starve without there food source because they often eat only a single "thing".

Careful with aptasia x, they'll often release there devil spawn into the water when threatened or attacked with small syringe full of white goo. (Calcium)

I recently got 3 peppermints in my tank who took care of a nasty aptasia problem, ive got 3 BTA's and they have all started to move around the tank after being in the same position for ages. Do you think the peppermints are having a chew at the BTA's

I would suggest not using aptasia x. Every time I've used it in the past or others I know have used it never have success. It just makes the problem worse. I would try TRUE peppermint shrimp and let them take care of it. I believe unique corals has them in stock

If you only have a few either cover them with super glue gel or kalk paste. I've also heard of injecting them with boiling water, but I've never tried that method myself.

My only fear with the peppermint shrimp is that they eat corals.... Then how do I catch them to get them out?

I've had them in the past with a fully stocked sps tank (along with zoas and other random lps) and never saw them pick at anything. Just keep them well fed with meaty foods after the aptasiais gone.

Ive never had any trouble with my peppermint shrimps eating my corals, ive also got a cleaner shrimp and a fire shrimp and they all get along fine. my peppermint will also eat frozen food.

It's probably overkill for 3 aiptasia but all most all reefers love gadgets, and you would avoid shrimp staving or eating corals or the extra chemicals from aiptasia-X...
