Is there any issue or anything one should be aware of when considering removing a colony of coral that came in on some Gulf of Mexico live rock from the rock, and gluing it somewhere in their display? It's an interesting coral (colored up a little orange under my LEDs) and I'd like to keep it if possible; but I don't have the space in my DT to keep the rock itself. The rock also has some clams and tunicates on it, but nothing else photosynthetic. The rock was just used to seed my biome and has been doing so for the past 8 months. Ready to move it to the sump. Anything I should know before I pop this colony free? Also any I.D.?
