Could be a type of limpet, did you try touching it to see if that’s a shell? Hope it’s not a flat worm
Stomatella? @ISpeakForTheSeas?It's a snail, when trying to lift it the snail's "face" was clearly visible. It reacted in a similar fashion as my limpets, meaning it made itself stuck as good as it could on the stone after trying to touch it.
Back was soft, but solid beneath the flesh.
