Hitchiker ID good or bad ?

I had these in my tank from the start but they seem to be spreading . Does anyone know what they are and if they are good or bad for my tank ?

They are the little green things on the rock .

Looks like a mojano anemone. They spread pretty quick.

Would you physically cut them out or shoot something like kalk or vinegar in them ? Looking for my best plan of action .

I used a sharp knife, and some Zoas were also destroyed, but have grown back. The bad nem never came back, and the Zoas have repopulated the rock.
