HITH/Hexamita in flowerhorn?

Is this Hexamita in my new flowerhorn? water quality was tested o.k, as of right now I will be performing a 30% water change tomorrow unless someone has some better input. Any is appreciated, thank you.

Hi, Timithin - Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I don't see anything obvious, but I've been looking at saltwater fish for a pretty long time, rather than cichlids. While we really are a saltwater forum here, there are folks here who keep freshwater fish as well - hopefully one will spot this fellow!

His poop is normal and dark as of right now.

Here is what I think are the mentioned pits/lesions on his head around his nose area.

Based on the new pics, it does look like Hexamita to me. Best treatment is to dose and food soak Seachem Metroplex.
