Does this look like HLLE or something else? Picked it up from someone breaking down their system hoping to save it. There isn't anything on it's other side.

I dont think its HLLE, #reefsquad any ideas?

I have had it in qt for 3 weeks now. It eats every time I put food in the tank. As far as the condition it came from. I don't know the guy met me somewhere. Any suggestions on treatment?

If this is in fact, a bacterial infection, it may respond well to a broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment. A combination that has worked for many, including myself, is that of Furan-2, Kanaplex and Metroplex. Another antibiotic with very good reviews is Nitrofuracin Green - though I haven't used it myself. You'll want to treat according to directions on the package, for a minimum of ten days.

For further reading on bacterial infections in marine fish, take a look at Humblefish's write-up here: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/bacterial-infections.191511/#post-2196167
