Indeed it is. Had the back yard redone dug out all the grass replaced with fake grass and pavers etc. Probably forced pit of its home and decided the tank. Was a good spot..... Not so much.

And no I do not have a puffer but if I did that so would have been a solid experiment

Looks like a scorpion to me too.
